During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Spencerport Volunteer Fire Department has been forced to cancel many events they traditionally hold to raise money for the department. Members of Spencerport Bible Church came together to organize a rummage sale with all proceeds going to support the department.
The sale will be held in the gym at Spencerport Bible Church, 1948 North Union Street, Spencerport, on Thursday, August 27, Friday, August 28, and Saturday, August 29, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Barton’s Parkside Hots will have their food cart on-site from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. offering lunch. All are invited to grab a bite to eat and buy a treasure to benefit the Spencerport Volunteer Fire Department.
Anyone wishing to donate items to the sale should call 329-3840 by Tuesday, August 25.
