Canandaigua National Bank & Trust (CNB) will be hosting a Fall Community Shred Day, offering complimentary shredding services with a secure provider. To utilize this service, collect the documents to be securely disposed of and bring them to the Brockport Bank Office, 4765 Lake Road (corner Routes 19 and 31), on Saturday, September 26, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Masks are required for participation. Participants are asked to remain in their vehicle throughout the drop off and shredding process. There is a limit of 10 boxes or bags per vehicle. Remember to consult retention guidelines before disposing of a document.
A CNB security expert will also be available on-site to provide education and advice on how to prevent identity theft.
