The annual Sweden Rabies Clinic normally held in May had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The clinic has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 26, at a new location – the Sweden/Clarkson Community Center, 4927 Lake Road. The new location (outdoors in the parking lot) will help facilitate COVID-19 protocols.
Most importantly, appointments are required. While residents are used to just showing up and lining up, no same day appointments will be made. Appointments can only be made by calling the Town Hall at 637-2144 before 5 p.m. on Friday, September 25. Spaces are very limited.
