Tone up and relax at SCCC this winter
The Sweden Clarkson Community Center has several programs designed to help adults be healthy this winter. New sessions of Yoga Stretch, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Body Sculpting, and Walk Sweat & Sculpt begin the week of February 22. The classes vary in length from 45 minutes to one hour and are held on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday evenings.
The Fitness Center is open to members for a low-cost one-month, three-month, or one-year membership. Open pickleball is another great way to get some exercise this winter. There are both advance and beginner play time sessions, Monday through Friday, late mornings/early afternoons.
Relax while enjoying an evening Arts and Carafes class. Participants will have a step-by-step paint class while enjoying a glass of wine brought from home. Two Arts and Carafes dates are available: February 4 and March 4.
All programs are running under COVID protocols set by the Monroe County Health Department. For more information about programs, call 431-0090.
