The Little Free Library at the First Presbyterian Church of Chili has replenished its shelves with some new books for the month of March. There are many Mercer Mayer children’s books on its shelves, including Just Me and my Babysitter, Just for You, Just Going to the Dentist, and more. There are also some picture books about spring and Easter. Adults might enjoy passing time with several new knitting books and novels by familiar authors such as Nora Roberts, Nicholas Sparks, William Kent Krueger, and Sidney Sheldon.
This Little Free Library sponsors an online book club via Zoom. The Book Charmer by Karen Hawkins will be the topic of the next meeting on Wednesday, March 31, at 7 p.m. The public is invited to join; call church secretary Sandra McCauley at 889-9896 to receive a Zoom link for this meeting. Some instruction can be offered for those unfamiliar with how to use Zoom on their computer, smart phone, or tablet.
