Nominations being accepted for Lifestyle Change Award
As we strive to live a heart healthy lifestyle, do you know someone that has already made a big change? The American Heart Association wants to celebrate individuals who have made a positive impact on their health with the Lifestyle Change Award.
The Lifestyle Change Award, sponsored by Consiliarium Group, honors someone who has made significant, positive changes in an effort to live a longer and healthier life. Whether they have lost weight, improved eating habits, lowered cholesterol through exercise and diet, or a combination of these things and more, the Lifestyle Change Award recipient is chosen to inspire others to improve their health. No change is too small, and every accomplishment is significant.
Nominations can be submitted by friends, co-workers, or relatives. Individuals can also choose to nominate themselves. Nominations are due by Friday, May 21.
A winner will be chosen by a panel of judges from the American Heart Association and Consiliarium Group. The winner of the Lifestyle Change Award will be announced during the digital celebration of the Rochester Heart Walk & Run, held on Thursday, June 10, this year.
