Since 2018 Ogden Town Court has ordered canine euthanasia four times, this leads any other suburb in the greater Rochester area. In fact, the entire county of Ontario reported none as well as Pittsford, Fairport, Webster and Greece (this information was foiled). Is that just bad luck, cultural or animal enforcement procedures that are clearly the stricter than its counterparts? I would imagine the Town Court’s rebuttal would be something along the lines of keeping their residents safe, if that is Court’s intention where were the safety concerns in 2017?
