This has gone on for too long. Vanessa has been suffering for 10 months, and the plaintiff in the court transcripts admitted she didn’t know which dog bit her. Then tried changing her story. So is it fair to do this to her? Vanessa has been segregated in a cage and before she was taken to the animal hospital, the kennel she was at wouldn’t even let her outside. They sprayed her own feces and urine down while she was in the cage. No human interactions other than feeding? I mean come on? They even denied her medical treatment. The owner can’t even visit or see her. Also there seems to be no ethics in the court of Ogden. The judge should not have been involved in the case to begin with because of his relationship with the plaintiff. The last hearing he went into his chambers alone with the plaintiffs!!?!?!?! He repeatedly keeps postponing the case. I think it is time Vanessa gets her freedom. Seriously it has gone on long enough. What is happening in our justice system???
