Thank you for allowing our voices to be heard. Vanessa has been a prisoner of Ogden’s judicial system for too long and needs to go home. Without concrete evidence and uncertainty in the plaintiffs accusations Vanessa’s case should have been dismissed months ago. Vanessa’s dad probably has only one true wish- that Vanessa can live. He’s consented to a sanctuary and Judge Murante denied this. Why isn’t anyone in the official capacity at an Ogden animal welfare organization looking out for Vanessa well-being while being held prisoner. She is being abused and needs to be back home or anywhere SAFE so her trust in humans isn’t completely diminished by the fear based ignorance and egocentric town of Ogden court system.
