Think under any normal dog bite protocall is a 10 day quarantine and that is if the person is certain that dog bit them This dog was on a leash and the accusor was on the animals property and isn’t sure what dog bit her. Any animal that feels threatened will try to protect themselves and it sounds like that is what happens . Ogden has way over stepped the laws here and the conflict of interest in this case is undeniable. The judge should have never even heard this case. It makes me sick. The owner has gone above and beyond to ensure Vanessa will never be in that situation again. This dog needs to be released to the owner who loves her and is obviously willing to do whatever it takes within the eyes of the law to do right by his animal. With the money donated for rehabilitating Vanessa hopefully the damage that to town of Ogden has done with their abuse of this animal can be undone This abuse of power on animals had to stop in Ogden.
