This was an unfortunate incident for everybody involved. It is true that which dog bit the woman cannot be said with 100% certainty. To seize and hold an innocent dog, (innocent until proven guilty) is 100% wrong. To “sentence” a dog to death and hold her to confinement is wrong and inhumane. The dog deserves to be reunited with her family. Vanessas owner will ensure there are additional safety measures installed at their residence.
