This is an unfortunate situation, my concern is the fact that the bite victim could not clearly ID which dog bit her and the relationship that Judge Murante has with the victim.
Since this dog has no prior bite history, wouldn’t it make sense to simply mandate classes behavioral training and that she be muzzled while on all walks in a public setting? I feel strongly that Judge Murante needs to be removed from this case due to his relationship with the victim and that a fair and humane outcome be decided.
