I feel this case is about Judicial and Town Frienships and Breed Discrimination. If you seize an animal and do not allow it proper and necessary care that is cruel and unusual punishment. There have been many humane remedies offered to this unfortunate situation and the Court along with the Plantiff are adiment on the most cruel outcome as a remedy! Why? Why be so heartless? What is the reasoning behind all the persistence to kill this dog, who was in her yard and leashed?!
