I’m actually from Australia and came across Vanessa’s case, and I just want to say that I think it is abhorrent what the Town of Ogden are doing to Vanessa and her family. It is so clearly an abuse of power and quite frankly disgust behaviour. It is embarrassing for the town as it perpetuates every bad stereotype about rural USA towns, and corruption in the legal system. You would think they don’t want an international reputation as legal, emotional and physical abusers or something as innocent as a dog.
