I am disgusted by the way Vanessa’s court case has been handled and how Vanessa has been treated throughout this entire process. Talk about criminal, that’s what’s criminal and should be addressed at a higher level. The ex-parte between Judge Murante and the Hirts, is unlawful within the court system and needs to be addressed. The plaintiff in her court transcripts couldn’t even identify which dog bit her, while she was trespassing and tripped into a mailbox! Why did the plaintiff wait two additional days to seek medical treatment? They sound like ambulance chasers to me. Judge Murante should of recused himself from the beginning, due to the kinship between himself and the Plaintiffs. I hope Jeremy Wolf and his attorneys take this case to a civil court against the judge and plaintiff. I also hope Jeremy appeals Vanessa’s case to bring her home, where she truly belongs.
