Hello, I am voicing my concern over the town of Ogden by about the treatment of Vanessa. I’ve been following this story for couple of months and really am disgusted how a judge who is on exact same board of the city of Ogden as the the victim husband who should have directed this trial at a different location or recluse himself from this trial. I’ve seen the court transcripts and the victim said multiple times she didn’t know which dog that bit her. Since Vanessa is a Pitt bull they decided she should pay for the crime. They put Vanessa through hell and back. Vanessa didn’t deserve the treatment they she got. If there was actual proof that she did indeed bit the victim I would have agreed she should be in sanctuary however since the victim didn’t actually know which dog bit her Vanessa should be able to go home with Jeremy. This town has vendetta against Pitt bulls. If I was owner of a pit bull and lived in the town of Ogden I would get the hell out of dodge and not live in a corrupt town. Even the mere fact that the judge gave her death sentence at first is disgusting. We wouldn’t euthanized ized a toddler if he or she bit someone so why would we euthanized a Pitt bull just cause of the breed? This judge should be investigated for conflict of interest. Jmo
