I have a 16 lb pug dachsund mix. She so sweet and has been through a lot that should have made her the opposite. She has stranger danger and if she doesn’t have the proper introduction I can’t be sure she wouldn’t snap. With the proper introduction she’s just a happy go lucky sweet loving wet kissing dog. I gave her a chance because she deserves it. Vanessa deserves it too. And people need to be more mindful that these are animals that can’t tell us anything. So we have to decipher their cues, their barks, their body language. It’s our job to keep animals from making mistakes they have no control over because they are animals.
