The Town of Ogden, it’s leaders, it’s court system should be ashamed of themselves for treating an animal this way. Anyone involved in the continuing mistreatment & abuse of Vanessa by keeping her locked up should be ashamed of themselves. I can’t even fathom how anyone can defend their actions.
