The First Presbyterian Church of Chili, 3600 Chili Avenue, is sponsoring a “Cookies for Cans” Food Drive on Saturday, June 12, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Those who drive through and contribute some cans of food will be given a cookie. This drive will help to supply the church’s newly created food cupboard, which will have its Grand Opening on Saturday, June 19, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The food cupboard will then be open the third Saturday of each month to help families in the community with their food needs.
