Tom Smith (left) and the congregation of St. Paul Lutheran Church were recently honored as Hilton’s Citizens of the Year for 2021. Tom and several volunteers spent countless hours helping a neighbor in need. Mayor Joe Lee presented the award. “The Board of Trustees is extremely proud to have these individuals in our community.”
