The Ogden Democratic Committee performed a day of service in Spencerport on June 27. Committee members, endorsed candidates, and family members came out on a hot day to weed, mulch, and beautify village land on the north side of the canal near the Spencerport clock and lift bridge. Designated candidates Crystal Benjamin-Bafford (Ogden Town Board candidate), Jaime Erskine-Pettit (County Legislative District 20 candidate), and Miriam Rivera (County Legislative District 4 candidate) rolled up their sleeves, grabbed some rakes, and spent several hours giving back to the community.
