The Hilton Apple Fest is having a drive-up barbecue fundraiser catered by Foster’s Restaurant. The event is planned for Saturday, October 2, at the Hilton Community Center, 59 Henry Street. Serving starts at 12 noon and will run to 2 p.m. The menu consists of a half chicken, corn on the cob, salt potatoes, macaroni salad, roll, butter, and beverage for $15.
Pre-sale tickets are available and recommended. Call the Apple Fest phone line, 392-7773, and leave a message to receive a return call. There will be a limited number of drive-up tickets available the day of the event.
