The Village of Brockport invites the community to attend the dedication of the newly revitalized Erie Canal Mural above the Lift Bridge Book Shop, 45 Main Street, on Sunday, September 19 at noon.
Thanks to an Erie Canal IMPACT grant and matching funds through many community donors, and after two years of vision, planning, and hard work, this new mural is ready to be celebrated.
The ceremony will include history of the canal, information about the original art on the building and its inspiration, and the artistic process involved in the new mural. This event will be held rain or shine.
