Knights of Columbus Assembly Officers Installed

The four 4th Degree assemblies of the Knights of Columbus in the Monroe County area held an installation of officers at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Brockport on the evening of October 12 in honor of Columbus Day. Installed were the officers of Saint Joseph Assembly 2297 representing the Spencerport, Brockport, and Northwestern Monroe County; Assembly 723 Bishop James E. Kearney representing Rochester; Assembly 2428 Reverend Paul J. Cuddy representing Webster; and Assembly 3754 St. John Fisher representing Pittsford and Fairport areas. Master of the 4th Degree Sir Knight John Wolf officiated the ceremony with the assistance of District Marshal Robert McNeill and District Secretary Larry Jensen. Also in attendance were Former Masters Michael Flanagan and Joseph Marinaccio. A reception was held beforehand with many of the ladies in attendance. The 4th degree of the Knights of Columbus is the Patriotic arm of the Knights and promotes love of God and country. The Faithful Navigator is the head of the respective assemblies.
