On behalf of the Monroe County Legislature, Legislator Steve Brew (left) presented a Certificate of Recognition to Gilbert L. Budd (right) at the 2021 Churchville Riga Chamber of Commerce Veterans Tribute Luncheon. Commonly a one-year term, Budd has served as Commander of Harvey C. Noone Legion Post #954, Churchville, since 2011. Commander Budd thanked his fellow Legionnaires and the community for their support of the Legion and its mission to serve all veterans and the entire community over the last ten years.
