Gretchen Lee Carletta, local artist and founder of Orange Sky Creations, is showing her latest abstract creations in pastel and mixed media alongside a series of National Park paintings in encaustics and oils created by her husband, Joe Carletta. The artistic duo resides in Hamlin. The exhibit at Hart Gallery 27 opened May 6 and runs through May 28. A Second Saturday reception will be held from 12:30 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 14. Hart Gallery 27 is located at 27 Market Street, Brockport. Regular gallery hours are: Thursday 2 to 6 p.m.; Friday 2:30 to 6:30 p.m.; Saturday 2:30 to 6:30 p.m.; and Sunday 1 to 4 p.m.
