The Morgan Manning House in Brockport will be hosting the Old Fashioned Fourth events again this year. This summer marks the return of the Brockport Community Choir and the Brockport Community Concert Band to the festivities, and Choir Director Liz Banner and Band Director Shawn Halquist are inviting musicians to join them for the event.
Rehearsals will be held in the choir and band rooms at Brockport High School on:
•Tuesday, June 28 – band from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and choir from 7 to 8 p.m.
•Wednesday, June 29 – choir from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and band from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
The final rehearsal will be on the grounds of the Morgan Manning House on Sunday, July 3, choir from 6 to 7 p.m. and band from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Music for the performance can be shared prior to rehearsals, and instruments are available for those who need one.
