The Hilton-Parma Senior Center invites the Hilton – Parma community to a once a month opportunity of an evening meal with entertainment. They are typically held the fourth Wednesday of the month with dinner being served at 4 p.m. and entertainment beginning at 5 p.m. Doors open at 3:30 p.m. so attendees can save a space with friends or make new ones.
This is what is planned for the summer:
•June 22 – Strawberry Social Summer Picnic with entertainment by Bob Neusatz. Dinner is sponsored by Hilton Lions Club and consists of hamburgers, hots, and salads. This dinner is free to attend; a food or item donation for Hilton Food Shelf is suggested.
•July 27 – BBQ Night and 60s music with Tom Quigley. Dinner is pulled chicken.
•August 24 – Comedy Night with Dan Viola – get ready for some laughs. Dinner is sausage patties with peppers and onions.
One does not need to be a member of the Senior Center to attend; evening meals are open to any seniors in Parma, Hilton, and the surrounding communities. Dinners cost $10 per person, unless otherwise stated, and the deadline to register is the Monday before the meal.
