The Hilton Lions Club presented Grace Engelbrecht (left), of the Parma Public Library, with a Robert J. Uplinger Award from the New York State and Bermuda Lions Foundation. Making the presentation was Lions Club President Kim D. Fay (right). The Library and its staff were recognized for what they do for the community and the Hilton Lions Club, especially obtaining braille books and the SEE Eye Screening program for young children.
