It’s summer and Hilton-Parma Recreation is inviting the community to enjoy family, friends, food, and the green space offered at the Parma Town Park. Food trucks are scheduled to be at the park near the playground area every Wednesday from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Musical entertainment will be sprinkled in every few weeks as well. The food and entertainment schedule is:
•July 6 – Rob’s Kabobs, Rob’s Sweet Tooth, The Tap Truck; live music by Worthy Duncan (country) from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
•July 13 – no event this week; enjoy the Hilton Fire Dept Carnival
•July 20 – Rob’s Al Dente Mobile Pasta
•July 27 – Wraps on Wheels
•Friday, July 29 – Parma’s Summer Smash, 6 to 9 p.m., with music, food truck rodeo and fireworks
•August 3 – Waffles R Wild, Kona Ice, The Tap Truck; live music by The Fornieri Brothers from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
•August 10 – Macarollin’
•August 17 – Chef’s Catering, Duke’s Donuts, The Tap Truck; live music by Mr. Mustard (Beatles cover band) from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
