Camp Haccamo is sponsored by the Rotary Clubs of Monroe County. It is designed to provide a free, safe, and fun summer camping experience for children and adults with a wide range of special needs. On Tuesday, July 19, members of the Brockport Rotary are heading down to the camp at 809 Five Points Road, Rush, to work on the gardens before the campers arrive. The gardens surround a train track with an old-time engine that provides rides for the campers. Volunteers are welcome to join club members for an evening of gardening for the good of others. They plan to leave Brockport at 4 p.m. and work until twilight.
