OFC Creations Theatre Center, 3450 Winton Place, Rochester, presents A Chorus Line: School Edition, an in-person production featuring a teen cast. Written by Marvin Hamlisch, the production is directed by Hunter Ekberg with choreography by Caeli Carroll.
A Chorus Line School Edition is a concept musical capturing the spirit and tension of a Broadway chorus audition. Exploring the inner lives and bittersweet ambitions of professional Broadway performers, the show features one powerhouse number after another. Memorable musical numbers include “What I Did for Love, “One,” “I Can Do That,” “At the Ballet,” “The Music and the Mirror,” and “I Hope I Get It.”
Performances of A Chorus Line: School Edition are September 30 at 7:30 p.m., October 1 at 3 and 7:30 p.m., and October 2 at 3 p.m.
