The Friends of Hamlin Recreation are holding a Shoe Drive fundraiser. They will be collecting shoes until the end of July and hope to fill 14 more bags with 25 pairs of shoes each. Drop off donations at the Hamlin Town Hall. Arrangements can also be made to pick up donations. This fundraiser helps support scholarships for youth to participate in camp and summer sports.
For those interested in joining the group, Friends of Hamlin Recreation are holding their next meeting on Monday, July 17, 6:15 p.m., at the Lion Charlie Maier Lodge.
