A group of Chili residents held a peaceful demonstration in Chili Center between 4 and 6 p.m. on September 8 in an effort to spread their message, demanding better resident representation with town government that is receptive to the wants and concerns of its taxpayers. A prior demonstration was held on August 5 in North Chili as residents voiced their displeasure over the increase in multi-family residential developments in the area.
