“Bills Mafia” was the theme of the scarecrow contest at this year’s Kendall Community Scarecrow Festival, which was held on September 30. Attendees awarded the Cub Scouts first place for their display (above).
Kendall Ladies Auxiliary came in second.
Logan Cole and Benny D’Agostino placed third.
