Hilton Mayor Joe Lee presented Steve Elliott (left), Manager of Tops Friendly Markets in Hilton, with the village’s Citizen of the Year Award for 2024. According to the inscription on the plaque, the award was given, “In appreciation of your commitment to our community. We are grateful for your dedication to the residents of the Village of Hilton. Thank you for being such a large part of the Little Village with the Big Heart.”
