Buffalo Bills offensive tackle Dion Dawkins will headline the Rochester Press-Radio Club’s 75th Anniversary Celebration, at a dinner on Tuesday, October 22, at the DoubleTree by Hilton.
Dawkins will receive the West Herr Automotive Group Sports Personality of the Year Award at the dinner. Scott Pitoniak, an award-winning author, columnist, and club member, will conduct a Q&A with Dion.
Dawkins was the 2022 and 2023 Bills Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award nominee. The award recognizes players who excel on the field and demonstrate a passion for creating a lasting positive impact beyond the game.
“We are excited to bring Buffalo Bills star and three-time Pro Bowl tackle Dion Dawkins to help us celebrate our 75th Anniversary of supporting children’s charities in our community,’’ said Press-Radio Club President Debbie Salmon.
Tickets for the dinner are $100, with a table of 10 available for $1,250, which includes two VIP reception tickets and a quarter-page ad in the program book. A limited number of additional VIP reception tickets are being offered at $200 per person, which also includes a dinner ticket.
