Spirits shared their stories during annual Ghost Walk in Spencerport
This year’s Spirits of Spencerport Ghost Walk was held on Friday, October 11, and Saturday, October 12, with sold out performances both evenings. The weather was cool and clear for the community to walk around the village and hear historical and spooky tales. The efforts of many contributed to make the event a success – greeters, guides, actors, Studio 19 Dance Company dancers, Russ Young and his hearse, servers, the Ogden Special Police, and Joel Humphrey for coming up with most of the Ghost Walk stories. Spencerport Depot and Trolley Museum and Hunt Real Estate ERA also lent their support to the event. Refreshments were donated by Brockport Wegmans and Spencerport Tops. The Spirits of Spencerport Ghost Walk is held annually as a fundraiser for the Ogden Historical Society.
