The Genesee Valley Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (GVASCD) recently presented John Abbott with its Sister Edwardine Weaver Service to Education Award. Mr. Abbott has worked tirelessly as a former member of the Hilton School Board, the Hilton CSD representative on the BOCES Board, and as Assistant Superintendent in East Irondequoit, for the betterment of education in this area.
