The Free Gas & Groceries Campaign is returning to Tops Friendly Markets, September 28 through October 11, 2025, at select locations. Proceeds will benefit Golisano Children’s Hospital, with one lucky winner taking home $5,200 in free gas and groceries from Tops.
For $1 per ticket, Tops shoppers can make a meaningful difference for families in their community while entering for a chance to win a year’s worth of gas and groceries. Every ticket purchased helps support the dedicated team at Golisano Children’s Hospital, whose lifesaving care provides hope for children and their families across the region.
Since its inception, this campaign has raised more than $511,899 to benefit the hospital’s programs and services.
