Brockport Area Veterans Club
In observance of Veterans Day, American Legion Auxiliary (ALA) Harsch Crisp-Seaman Unit #379 and the American Legion Post #379 will celebrate military servicemembers’ dedication and honor their sacrifices by hosting a Veterans Day Ceremony at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11, at the Brockport Area Veterans Club, 222 West Avenue, Brockport.
A Turkey Dinner in honor of our veterans will also be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11 (take-out or dine-in). The cost for dinner is $12, and it is free for Veterans. (Donations towards the dinner are welcome.) Reservations are encouraged by calling 585-637 5012 by Monday, November 10.
“The men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces make sacrifices every day to ensure that Americans continue to enjoy the freedoms that we hold so dear. This event is just one of the ways that we’re able to honor veterans, military, and their families,” said Auxiliary Member Patricia Connors.
