•Raskind, Herbert, age 76, died October 16, 2013 following a brief illness. Mr. Raskind was a devoted husband for 27 years to his wife Judith. He is also survived by his sons, Adam (Dawn) Moore of Holley, Travis (Denise) Moore of Ogdensburg; his daughters, Wendy (Kirby) Manning of Tennessee; six grandchildren, Zachary, Leslie, Tyler, Nathaniel, Mackenzie, and Nicholas.
