•Griffin, Frances (Bartos), October 17, 2013 at age 94. Predeceased by her husband, James F. Griffin, Jr.; two sisters and five brothers. Frances is survived by her sons, Jay (Judie) of Honeoye Falls, David (Jane) of Holiday, Florida and Michael (Patricia) of Williamsburg, Virginia; her daughters, Barbara (Donald) Strine of Spencerport and Catherine (Tom) Huss of Ogden; three sisters; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated October 26 at Holy Ghost Church, Rochester. Interment, St. John’s Cemetery, Spencerport. Donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105 or Ronald McDonald House Charities, 333 Westmoreland Drive, Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.
