•Sassone, Gerald, October 10, 2013, at age 55. Predeceased by parents, Mauro and Nancy Sassone, brother, Mark Sassone. Survived by daughter, Nicole Sassone-Ford; grandson, Nicholas Christopher Ford; his siblings, Louie (Emy) Sassone, Sonny (Michelle) Sassone and Missy (Jim) Kruger; several nieces and nephews; many good friends in New Orleans.
His Memorial Mass was said October 26 at St. Leo’s Church, Hilton. Burial, Lakeside Cemetery. Donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice in his memory.
