•Hoy, Paul E., On October 19, 2013 at age 75. Predeceased by his wife, Nan. He is survived by his children, Colleen (Jose) Garcia and Dan Hoy; his grandchildren, Sophia and Nicholas Garcia. He was a retired Assistant Chief of Police with the Brockport Police Department, a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy, a Navy Veteran and Brockport Rotarian for many years.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held October 25 at the Church of the Nativity BVM, Brockport. Interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery with military honors. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
