•Buck, Charles L. age 94, of Albion, died November 29, 2013 in the Buffalo Veterans Administration Medical Center. Mr. Buck was a US Army Veteran of WWII and had been a P.O.W. in Germany for 27 1/2 months. Charles was a member of the Sheret Post American Legion, the Albion Lodge BPOE #1006, and the Active Hose Company #4 of the Albion Fire Department. Mr. Buck was predeceased by his wife Evelyn; a son, Gregory; two brothers, Donald and Gilbert and a step-brother, Henry Kimble. He is survived by his daughter, Susan (Brian) Bartlett of Waterport; two grandchildren, Amanda and Jacob; several nieces and nephews. There are no prior calling hours.
His Memorial Service was held December 3 at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., Albion, where Military Honors were accorded. Private interment, Mt. Albion Cemetery.
