•Boughner, Phyllis Jean (Miller), on December 4, 2013, at age 87. Phyllis is pre-deceased by her parents, Merton and Viola Miller of Bergen; beloved brother and his wife, Holden and Helen Miller, their sons, Ronald and Harold; brothers-in-law, Kenneth, Arnold and Donald Boughner; sister-in-law, S. Elizabeth Boughner; nephew-in-law, Ned Wermuth; and by her cherished, devoted and brave grandson, Sean Christopher Dusinberre and his son, Dylan Dusinberre. She is survived by her most beloved and cherished family, Harold, husband of 66 years; daughter, Denise (John) Dusinberre; son, Douglas (and longtime girlfriend Cathy Bishop), son, Darrell (Carol); six grandchildren, Michelle (Anthony) Liberatore, Danielle (Ehad) Sahar, Thomas Boughner, Jamie (Craig) LaFave, Alyssa Boughner and Taylor Boughner; four great-grandchildren, Joshua and Brett Dusinberre, Morgan and Kailin Liberatore; brother, M. Tracy (Loretta) Miller; brother-in-law, Gene R. (Ellen) Boughner; sisters-in-law, Ann Boughner and Donna Woods; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and treasured friends. Phyllis was a member of the Churchville United Methodist Church, the Slater Society of the University of Rochester and a life member of Nolatka Chapter #320 O.E.S. After raising her three children, she joined the family business, H.V. Boughner & Co. in 1972 and retired in 1984.
Services were held December 9 at Walker Brothers Funeral Home, Inc., Churchville. Interment in Creekside Cemetery. Donations can be made to the Churchville United Methodist Church, 24 West Buffalo Street, Churchville 14428 or a charity of one’s choice in her memory.
