•Topping, William C., December 5, 2013, age 92. Predeceased by his wife, Pauline. He is survived by his children, William Topping (Peggy Petrone), Deborah (Ted) Tolpa and Valerie (James) Counsman; grandchildren, Theresa and Christopher (Catherine) Tolpa, Eric and Ryan Counsman. Also predeceased by his daughter-in-law Petra Topping.
His Funeral Mass was said December 19 at St. Leo the Great Church, Hilton. Interment in Garland Cemetery. Contributions can be made to St. Leo’s Building Fund in his memory.
