•Pecora, Janet N. (Nowak), January 11, 2014 at age 63. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Pecora; brother, Edward J. (Cathy) Nowak; sister, Karen (Cary) Mavris; sister-in-law, Theresa Caccamise; nieces, Dr. Elizabeth Nowak, Christine (Christopher) Kvam, Samantha Mavris, Kylie Mavris and Lynne (David) Shelanskey; nephew, Kevin Caccamise; many cousins and dear friends. Janet taught art at Hilton Central School for many years.
Her Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated January 20 at 10 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Church, 1124 Hudson Avenue, Rochester. Contributions can be made to Gilda’s Club Cancer Action, 255 Alexander Street, Rochester, NY 14607 or Wilmot Cancer Center, 601 Elmwood Avenue, Box 704, Rochester, NY 14642 in her memory.
