•Rife, Clifton “Duke,” Born August 22, 1940 in Pike-ville, Kentucky, died January 26, 2014. Predeceased by his two sons Leondis and Clifton Rife II. He is survived by his loving wife Billie; his beloved grandchildren Michael, Brittney and Clifton III; two great-grandchildren Austin and Hunter; fourteen brothers and sisters; two daughters-in-law Lori and Kristine; two sisters-in-law Dixie Leslie and Linda (John) Reid; a host of nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Funeral Services were held February 1 at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Interment at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to Genesee Valley Concerns of Police Survivors, PO Box 24375, Rochester, NY 14624 in his memory.
